- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is very reasonable compared to all major plumbing companies but with same work ethic. If you are not satisfied with the quotes we provide, please dont respond to the quote. we dont expect for customers to try and talk price down because weve already discounted the work and took Any reasonable option to make price as low as possible....Any lower your looking for a handy man, which we are not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to keep all customers we work with and get them to understand how much we care about their issues in their home. Therefore, we tend to treat every customer like we just met them friendly, fast, reliable, trustworthy, plumbing with integrity. no matter new or old customer. We take everyone one customer at a time.
