Within our process, consumers have several options for appraisals: a traditional appraisal, a drive-by exterior-only appraisal, or a comprehensive desktop appraisal, depending on the data available for the consumer's property. With our commitment to fast turnaround times, we ensure that the appraisal report is delivered with confidence.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Georgia Real Estate Commission Appraisals Board has assigned license number #440867. With over five years of appraisal experience, along with more than three years of work related to tax assessment and appeals, I am well-equipped to evaluate your property. Additionally, holding a bachelor's degree in psychology, I bring a unique perspective to property valuation and market behavior at R.E.I valuations.
