He can respond to messages. He can arrive on time or arrive at all haha even an hour late is better than a no show. Then I called the guy, he picks up says hello, I tell him my name and ask him politely if he is still planning on coming by today and he hangs up on me w/ out a word. I mean he could have said no but to just hang up in my face, very unprofessional.
