J Cooling responded to my request with promptness. He quickly assessed what was causing my HVAC to overheat on top floor but cold on lower floor. He did a quick repair to balance the heat so I can be comfortable especially on the first floor! I will recommend him to others! In fact, he’s due to do some extensive work for me in a couple of days!

Chris with Jus Cooling LLC provided excellent service and demonstrated strong communication, professionalism, and knowledge throughout the appointment. He took the time to explain the equipment, identify the issues, and clearly walk me through what needed to be addressed, which I truly appreciated. His friendly demeanor and willingness to answer questions made the experience very positive overall. One suggestion for future improvement would be to provide customers with a cost estimate before beginning any repair work. While I acknowledge that I did not request pricing beforehand, it would have been helpful to know in advance that the repairs would be close to $1,000. Had I known the cost upfront, I likely would have scheduled the repair for late winter or early spring instead of proceeding immediately, especially since the unit was not currently cooling the home but was being inspected due to recurring issues prior to the end of summer. That said, I am satisfied with the quality of service, and I would recommend Jus Cooling LLC to others. Chris delivered professional and knowledgeable support, and overall the experience was a positive one.
