We offer transparent, upfront pricing with a standard hourly rate for troubleshooting and flat-rate quotes for larger network or software deployments. We also provide a 10% discount for new clients and special rates for local non-profits and community organizations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick consultation — either by phone or message — to understand the issue and set expectations. From there, I diagnose the problem, explain what needs to be done in plain language, and get your approval before any work begins. After the job is complete, I walk you through what was done and make sure everything is working to your satisfaction.

I have extensive hands-on experience working as an IT Administrator. I actively maintain and expand my expertise in areas like Microsoft 365 Administration, network infrastructure, and helpdesk management to ensure I deliver modern, secure solutions.
