Job duration proposed: 3-4 days Job duration actual :3 - 4 weeks Pros: the house looks nice from a distance Cons: 1)Never showed up at a set time. I would receive text when folks were on my property. 2) Everyday different folks on property. 3) Longer than quoted time frame 4)did not put ANYTHING BACK like he said he would and damaged property ie window screens , light fixtures, cameras and even tried to gaslight me about who removed them 5)Never used tarps I still have vast amount of paint chips all around my house 6) left paint spray all over my BRAND NEW FLOOR and screened in front porch THAT I HAD JUST HAD RENOVATED and told me the owner was responsible for some clean up themselves(I’ll include his text.) 7) 1 of the workers were rude and argumentative. 8) when he was finished he left them sent a text message then said I created “a hostile work environment” and then offered to come back and do the things he didn’t. 9) he asked for 1/2 the money upfront then asked me to buy the paint twice “because the money didn’t come in on his side” then asked me to pay him more money early… that is when I felt completely taken advantage of. 10) He possibly stayed on sight and supervised this project 1 day himself I was happy with the price he quoted me during our initial meeting. We walked the house together and I explained to him everything that I wanted and what colors I wanted each part of my home painted. He listened and I felt heard. He even went to Sherman Williams with me to pick out the colors. Not once did I feel like I was being mansplained to. His reviews spoke highly of his communication: This was one of the deciding factor when I made my decision to use his services. His calm and yet confident demeanor and his reviews. He did communicate but it was always with bad news or a daily update on which paint colors needed to go where. His quote was not the lowest neither was it the highest for the job that I wanted done, Although the paint job does look nice, it won’t last . I feel like I just wasted a nice amount of money on this endeavor. After only a week it’s already chipping. I was told that the paint that was chosen was a good quality .All I know is that the work is garbage. I feel completely taken advantage of and he didn’t do the job he said he would.

I wish that we could rate customers because the feeling is mutual. 1 star rating for you too. She was terrible, impolite and extremely rude! I would not recommend anyone to waste their time working with her. She is like a person who goes to a five star restaurant, eats the entire meal and right before the last bite put a piece of her own hair in the food and complains to the manager and try not to pay. This is how she tried to nitpick the job, though everyone knows it’s a quality job! Her home was built in 1930, it has the original siding. The siding had many areas where paint was chipping and obvious wear and tear. It’s almost 100 year old siding, and somehow she thinks it’s going to look new and “smooth” like new siding. I explained to her that even with us pressure washing the house, which we did twice and scraping it, it still wont look like new siding but it will look better. When I saw that she was unwilling to lose this unrealistic expectation, I suggested to her that she get new siding and I would give her a full refund minus the paint I had purchased, but she could keep the paint to use it after she got new siding. She declined and was adamant about moving forward with painting. She was rude to my team (I have several team members). We had alot of rain one week coupled with alot of nitpicking and ongoing unnecessary complaints caused delays. Many times I wanted to refund her and move on but I persevered because I have integrity to finish the job since I had started. We finished the job and did a quality job with colors and design she selected. The house looks much better and even her neighbors have reached out to me to do more work for them.
