Orlando was quick to answer, transparent up front, and on time. He was able to troubleshoot the various issues I had with my HVAC system and stayed for quite a while to ensure that everything was up and running. The Nest system I had was causing issues and delays for resolution but he stayed throughout and ensured we were back up and running. Friendly and trusting throughout. Highly recommend.

we charge a service fee when technician comes out and gives estimate if customer approves estimate and we do the work service fee is waived it will then be included into estimate if customer doesn't approve estimate service fee only is due if customer approves estimate on a later date the service fee is due and customer will be charged est price minus service fee paid on initial visit
