- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer affordable hourly pricing for most small tasks and projects to make my services available to those who need them. Larger or multi-day projects may be priced at a different rate. There is a minimum site visit of $100 for all projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate thoroughly before accepting a project with a new customer. So watch those messages! I require an address for all new customers before adding the appointment to my calendar. First come, first serve basis regardless of project size. Due to overwhelming requests without confirmation, I cannot hold dates without this.
