I am a knowledgeable homeowner and have done or overseen many home repairs. So evaluation of James is informed by experience. I give him a high review. He did good work, and he was professional, courteous, and reliable. Moreover, he has a truck, and he has tools and supplies in his truck. What perhaps impressed me most was that he told me that one job (installation of Google smart thermostats) was beyond his knowledge base, so he did not do that one. That is much better than having someone mess up a job. So I give an unqualified high review -- 5 stars -- for James.

Mr. James arrived on time and kept me abreast of any issues he encountered throughout my crown moulding project. I also like the fact that he didn’t rush and paid attention to detail to the very end. As a result, he met my all my expectations and I’m left happy!! Will definitely rehire!
