I recently hired Orchard Park Properties through Thumbtack to handle several tasks around my home, including replacing broken attic stairs, patching holes in the walls, and mounting bathroom hardware. The entire process was seamless, thanks to the skilled professional who managed all the tasks single-handedly. He was prompt, courteous, and highly skilled. Each job was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. The attic stairs were replaced flawlessly, the wall repairs were seamless, and the bathroom hardware was mounted securely and perfectly aligned. I am extremely pleased with his work and have already planned to hire him for other projects around the house. I highly recommend Orchard Park Properties for any home improvement needs!

Edwards was as advertised! Great guy with amazing work and professionalism! He repaired our drywall and even took a look at a few other things without us even asking. I highly recommend Edward and orchard park property LLC! The experience and attention to details was elite! He showed up a few minutes before our scheduled time and very professional! I definitely would recommend Edwards and will be using him for all of our home improvements needs going forward! Awesome experience!!

I am super happy to report that my experience with Orchard Park Properties was nothing short of amazing. Ed was responsive to my inquiries, he followed-up with my texts/emails/calls. He and Jimmy are personable, proficient as well as professional. They arrived when Ed said they would and went to work. We shared light banter during brief intermissions from working as well as while they worked. Both answered any questions that I had. Most importantly, they respected my property and performed a phenomenal job repairing the wood under my bay window as well as the wood trim around the roof. There is no doubt in my mind that I would hire Orchard Park Properties for future home repairs etc. Actually, I have already committed to hiring Orchard Park Properties to power wash all of the concrete at my home this spring/summer.
