Generally starts with a phone call from the customer. We'll give estimated price for the job over the phone before going out to evaluate the job that needs to be done. If agreement then signing of contract. Setting time and days to do the job. Also allowing the customer the opportunity to cancel within 2 days prior to starting the job.
