FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's hard to have a set price without actually seeing what will be removed. We strive to make everything as clear as possible, and we always stick to our quoted price. Typically, construction debris and yard waste are a bit more expensive to remove. It is also usually twice the weight of a typical load. So, it is priced accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather your contact info and address. If you have any pictures, or a description of what you have I can give you the best quote possible. After that it's all downhill. We arrive at the address provided. After a quick overview we get to work and get your junk gone.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I bought a truck a few years ago, and if you've ever purchased one you know some friends/family are going to ask to move some stuff for them. We had a family friend with a couple rentals that needed picking up and we decided to do it for a small fee. He explained to us that we were up to 75% lower than quotes he received from the bigger companies. Soon after, we bought a trailer and got to work.
