We provide interior/exterior renovation, construction, and materials management services. Workmanship: I have an in-depth knowledge in painting; framing (wood and metal); and installing and removing plaster, drywall, and ceiling. I am proficient in operating electrical lift equipment, tools, and material parts. I install electrical conduit lines, junction boxes, switches, receptacles, and light fixtures. I also install piping and general plumbing repair for both residential and commercial property. I provide wood cutting, window trimming, and garage and doorway installation. Business acumen: I have the ability to evaluate and review customer requirements, budgets, and material costs. I respond to the needs of client and all core business units. I provide cost estimation, production requirements, blueprints, punch list, and final walkthrough. I have an understanding of the OSHA safety regulations minimizing risk and liability. Client relationship management: I provide customer service to residential home owners. I perform daily on-site inspection, client conference calls, and project recommendations. I coordinate and participate in client meetings to strengthen business relationships and trust.
