Thomas responded very quickly to our request for some landscaping work. He came out immediately, did the work and it looks great. The cost was reasonable and Thomas is a very pleasant and professional person. We have hired him to maintain our property as we know he will do a good job and will be reliable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard template we use shows that we have a forty dollar minimum! We also offer discounts for Military, Fire, police, and EMS as well as Teachers!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically most regular maintenance jobs are quoted using the web! For any hardscapes projects or yearly cleanups we will actually have to do a visit in person to Quote accurately! We offer yearly contracts with discounts available! Contracts aren't for everyone though! We do our best to work with everyone we can to meet monthly budgets! Payment is required on completion of first visit!
