- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are two different plans I offer . The side by side plan is designed to offer ongoing support and accountability and it starts at 240.00 for 4 sessions. The 1st things 1st plan is designed as a more intense session designed to define the priority and focus on it alone it is 100.00 each session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first discussion is somewhat of a feeling out process to see if I may be helpful with what concerns you. It is also used to determine if we are a good fit .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For more than ten years I've been an instructor and a trainer . In those roles I got to know people on a personal level and learned how to get the best performance out of them. I also served in law enforcement as a supervisor and retired as a criminal investigator . Part of my duties as a leader was to develop men and women to achieve shared goals ,as an investigator I learned the skill of communication and observing human behavior . I've also been married for 39 years ,I have children and grandchildren and I know how challenging personal relationships can be and I use some of the same tools I teach to make mine and others around me more satisfying . My personal experience and knowledge of people has also helped greatly .
