Alex was very professional and honest. My Maytag washing machine parts were difficult to find he let me know that it was a gamble to fix it. It did not hold up very long, but Alex was gracious enough to refund me part of my money. You really don't find that type of work ethic and honesty in today's times. I was very impressed

Alex was extremely professional. He showed up when he was supposed to and even called 30 mins before his arrival. I hired him to fix my garbage disposal and he was transparent to tell me that if he couldn’t fix it he would replace it and brought a garbage disposal with him. He was done in about an hour. Would highly recommend for any of your appliance needs.
