PRO Appliance Repair responded online in minutes after I submitted a request for repair of our 28 year old MAYTAG washer/dryer combo unit. An appointment was scheduled within my desired timeframe and the communication regarding the technician’s arrival was timely.
The technician performed a thorough investigation of the washer’s operation and diagnosed the problem as a failed drain pump. He ordered a new pump and returned within a week to successfully complete the repair for a very reasonable quoted price. He was courteous, professional, and respectful of our home at all times.
We are very pleased that our old MAYTAG lives on and highly recommend PRO Appliance Repair.
