It was great having Ben as a trainer. He kept me motivated the 8 months I was training with him. He has a great personality and gets along with everyone. The only reason I'm not still training with him is because he moved to another city. It inspired me to see the progress I was making every few months when we used the calipers to measure fat %. I dropped from 43% to 28% in 5 months, while gaining agility, stamina and speed. He switches the workouts and keeps challenging your body so you're not platoeing. If you struggle with being in shape and lack motivation this is a really good option. Ben will work with you to get the results you want to achieve. He also has advice for healthier eating for those of us who need some direction and ideas on what we should include and what to stay away from to improve results from the hard work. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to improve their overall health and mood to train with Ben.

Ben is one of the best trainers I've ever had the pleasure of working with and I've had quite a few playing football my whole life. very intense workouts geared towards exactly what YOU need and is a very knowledgable trainer when it comes to dieting ! Keep up the hard work and keep moulden them bodies !

Well Spirited, Caring and Loving are just some of the qualities Ben holds! This guy will go out of his way for anyone to make happy. Always punctual when it comes to work and makes sure business is taken care of. If anyone gets the opportunity to come across his path I'm sure they will have a great Story to tell.

I had the awesome experience of working wih Ben over the course of 3 years. His workouts were intense and definitely not monotonous. They were fun and helped me to achieve every fitness goal I had. Ben got to know me personally, and combined his knowledge of fitness and nutrition to get me into the best shape of my life! I'd recommend him to anyone!

I had the opportunity to attend one of Ben's bootcamps in Greensboro, NC and I must say that it changed my life! This was one of my many attempts of the years to lose weight and through Ben's encouragement, excellent fitness workouts I can proudly say that I lost 72 pounds! Ben's guidance was the key to help me finally realize that I am stronger both on the inside and outside than what I realized and that if I believed in myself and put in 100% effort I could reach my goal. I highly recommend Ben as the "must have" trainer if you are serious about meeting your fitness goals.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure that person has an degree or higher advanced certification from either ACE, NSCA, USA Weightlifting, just make sure the certification is accredited. Make sure your coach lives what they preach, make sure that person isn't just some wanna be bodybuilder. Make sure that person tells you the importance of doing high intensity training...if they tell you to do hours apon hours of cardio and barely eat....RUN!!!
