We requested service in one of the coldest days in Atlanta. Jay checked the system thoroughly, reviewed options for solving the temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs and proposed a phased approach based on his expertise. Our technician (Jae) was incredible to work with because he is professional and responsive. I am very impressed on how knowledgeable he was in finding out root causes for our AC issue. After repairs were done, our living spaces were cooled once again, which is quite satisfying!
