- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please note that the pricing are estimates and that certain jobs require more work and higher prices. I do however strive to provide satisfactory service upon every job in a timely manner with respect. I also believe in the acronym that “you get what you pay for.” The evening hours are for office cleaning customers. The weekend hours are mostly for residential clients. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe it is all about solving a customer’s problem. You have to listen to what the customer wants. You can’t make someone happy without knowing what they want. I feel that it is a good idea for both parties to interview each other before a job to make sure they are on the same page with a walk through of the premises that is to be cleaned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a banker in the community. I have a Degree in International Business. However, I am very passionate about a clean environment. I love to clean, and have always felt that I could be a great help to customers out there who are looking for the services I provide. Furthermore, I received my cleaning Certification from Jan-𝑃𝑟𝑜 of Atlanta.
