Pricing is based on the size of the property and the services required. We offer 20% off deep cleaning services for all first-time clients. Excludes hauling & junk removal, floor scrubs, strip & wax services, and window cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation We review your property size, cleaning needs, and service frequency to ensure accurate pricing. Quote Review & Approval A detailed quote is emailed outlining the scope of work, total cost, and expectations. Payment Authorization A service agreement with the total cost, scope, scheduling details, and terms of service is provided, along with a secure payment authorization form to set up billing. Client Setup & Scheduling Once forms are completed, your account is added to our system and services are scheduled. Service Begins Our team gets to work—delivering reliable, high-quality cleaning you can trust.
