We offer painting rusted and stained vent covers at no extra cost that's one step other duct cleaners would never offer. Also if we set a scheduled time we will be either 15 minutes early or right on time. We have very few calls made to a customer stating we would be late to their appointment. I love seeing how much dust and debris we collect at the end of the job. Leaves me feeling like I left the customer with cleaner air in their home.

I hired Richard to replace a Thermador cook'n'Vent that was in my Kitchen Island and it vented outside and he did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly. He even fixed a loose drawer without asking. He is multi-talented and while at our home he was able to replace a timer box for our front lights. Richard is a very talented and I will refer to all my clients. You are in great hands with Richard. His prices are fair and he goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy! Seriously, a relief. The last company I dealt with didn't seem to know anything, and the people who had fixed my ventilation before were clearly not aware that the entire way they installed it was a fire hazard. Thankful for Richard - honest and real. Also, he drove a long way to fix it and did it fast.

Our pricing guidelines are as followed. $ 350.00 for the 1st HVAC system through 1st 12 vents. $ 75.00 per each additional HVAC system. $ 8.00 per each additional vent after 1st 12 vents included in base price. $ 50.00 To clean dryer vent the day of HVAC system cleaning. $150.00 to come clean dryer vent seperatly.
