Ziggy (Ezekiel) showed up almost within a few hrs after I called him! Took the serial number on the part I told him that needs to be replaced ! Showed up next day and repaired and replaced the broken part for me ! The big company that I have contract with of course told me that I needed a new system at $3500 plus ! Just remember that most big company just want to replace new into to make more money ! Most of them do not repair anything anymore

I’m SO grateful to have connected with Stay Cool Heating and Cooling! My new home of 7 days was not ready for the freezing temps this weekend! Ezekiel responded very quickly to my late night request, set an appointment for this morning, and completed the system inspection and maintenance quickly. I could feel the difference in the home immediately! I also want to thank Ezekiel for his understanding and professionalism; he went above and beyond standard pandemic protocols - face mask plus gloves and shoe covers - to help me protect the more vulnerable members of my family. I have two A/Cs. The upstairs unit was not working when I called a HVAC guy that I’ve used for at least a decade to check it out and perform routine maintenance on both units. He installed both units years ago and a furnace too. So, to say that I trusted him is an understatement. The original HVAC guy repaired the upstairs unit. However, the downstairs unit stopped working during his visit. I didn’t realize it until after he left and called him back out that same day. He stated that the unit was completely dead and that both units needed to be replaced. Mind you, the downstairs unit was working perfectly fine before his visit. He’s been trying to get me to replace both units for a while now. I just didn’t understand the need to replace units that never gave me any major problems. Something just didn’t feel right. So, I called Stay Cool to assessed my A/C as a second opinion. I’m so happy that I trusted my gut instinct to do so. Ezekiel was professional, timely and spoke like he knew what he was talking about. He checked both units and noticed that the downstairs unit was turned off outside. It wasn’t dead. He found a small leak and made a recommendation that will buy me a little more time before completely replacing my units. He serviced the unit and it’s working better than before. Its been a few weeks now and the repair is holding up. I know in the near future I will have to replaced both units. And, when that time comes, I will definitely be calling Ezekiel at Stay Cool Heating.
