Ricardo came to troubleshoot first and told me what was wrong. I ordered the tension motor. Then he came and installed it. After the part was replaced, elliptical was still tight to move. He started troubleshooting again and found another issue. He then went to Home Depot and got a zip tie packet. He used one of those in fixing the issue. Ricardo never asked for any extra money. I gave him little more compared what was agreed initially. Ricardo is nice to work with and is very responsive.

Ricardo is amazing. His worked efficiently and meticulously. He was polite and had a great attitude. Ricardo arrived exactly at the time he said he would- 1hr after I confirmed the scope of work with him. He also has a contractors truck filled with ladders and every tool one could need to properly complete any construction task/job you could need. I will 100% call him first for any handyman needs that I have in the future.
