I specifically asked them if they had commercial experience in which they replied yes. So I scheduled them to come out and do an estimate. The day of the scheduled estimate, I get a message saying they specialize in residential. It would have been nice if they told me that the day I asked them. I'm not sure of the quality of their work but I'd think twice about scheduling them to do work for my company or resident.

Hello Michelle, We are so sorry that there was confusion and misunderstanding in your sales appointment. We have done a little light commercial painting. When you asked us if we had experience in commercial work I replied yes we do. But after consideration of your time we decided it would be best if you looked to other more experienced commercial painting companies. We simply didn’t want to waste your time and that’s why we canceled our first meeting. We did contact you 3 hours before our appointment as to give you plenty of notice and not waste your time. We are proud members of the PDCA. Painters and Decorating contractors of America. We adhere to their standard guidelines. These guidelines insure your paint will be done right each and every time.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We own 2 other businesses and we wanted another after much thought and research we felt Painting would benefit our company and our customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are legit. Remember that your prep work is the most important part of your job. When going for a low bid it's usually what gets cut is the prep work.
