Felipe DelArco meanwell but lack the attention for quality work. More importantly, I was not able to rely upon the reports of completion and quality from del Arco. The quality of work on my house was almost disrespectful. Whatever you do, do not give them money until you inspect their work. About 40% of hinges we're paying it over all the windows were painted shut. They did take the covers off of most of the switches but were so sloppy in the painting. They painted over the outlets themselves so they had to be replaced when they pulled the blinds off the walls. Several of them were damaged and had to be replaced. Nothing was put back. The tape remained on all the doors and hinges where they did bother to tape it. They used the bathtub to clean out the brushes and didn't even bother to rinse it out well. They took apart the drains and just left them apart. Take a good look at the photos and ask if you want your house to look like that.

The house was in extremely bad condition, and the customer wanted an extreme makeover for an almost disrespectful amount of money. We took photos of every job before and after, and I have proof that most of the hinges and windows were painted before we started. He told us he was going to replace the doorknobs with a modern design, and most of the switch plastic covers were broken, so we didn't put them back. Again, I have pictures to prove everything upon any customer request.

I have not written single review in my entire life. This wonderful couple made me to write review for first time in life. Both are wonderful people. I had plenty of things to be done. I got crazy quotes. These people were reasonable. Even when I asked additional stuff to be done they don’t even talk about pricing. They just do it. Lot of cleaning company talk about deep clean this and that. But in actual it’s different. This wonderful couple say less and do more. I literally love their work. On a funny note they can be little more punctual. But you can bet on them. This couple will deliver what you want.
