- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies per type of equipment. The complete push mower package starts at $99 and riders start at $199. Search my website for a fun discount code you can use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on whether the customer books online or via phone. If I get a call, I'll explain the complete care maintenance package, minimum services, and pricing. We then set up a time (usually same day or next) that is convenient with the customer's schedule. We come out, do the repair, and never cease to be amazed of how surprised the customer is about how thorough and clean and everything everything is. We take the payment and the customer usually leaves us a 5 star review and/or calls us if there are any problems because they know we feel very strongly about earning that 5 star review and their business next year. If the job is booked online, we show up at the location and follow the above procedure. Sometimes we never actually meet our customers and that's okay! If they can't be around during a repair, we will come out, do the job, and give them a call when we're all done! They easily can pay via paypal or credit card over the phone. Don't ever be surprised if I tell you I can have me or Matthew there within the hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Matthew is a A&P certified aviation mechanic that worked at Lockheed Martin assembling C-130s when I poached him from Lockheed. He also spent many months working with Tom, the owner, who has dedicated his life to mastering small engine repair.
