- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have affordable programs for everyone with no contracts. We also offer "virtual" Personal Training for those that cannot make it to our studio several times a week or want the convenience of training from the comfort of their own home. You will train with a live trainer over SKYPE. all you need is a free SKYPE account, a webcam, and some minimal workout equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost we LISTEN. We don't just offer what we think the client may need. Our initial consultation is comprehensive to learn exactly what is going on with the individual before coming up with a plan. Our assessment is the most thorough you will find. We find the "root" cause of your issues and address them from a holistic perspective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take continuing education credits every year to keep my multiple certifications up to date. We are very active in the Johns Creek Community, and constantly consult with Family medicine and Internal Medicine doctors to improve patient and client outcomes. All of us have degrees and advanced certifications in our respected fields.
