Kimberly was great and easy to work with! I knew our kitties were in good hands while we were away. She sent updates at each visit and wrote a report for us as well so we could see how everything went. I would definitely work with her again!

I highly recommend canine cuddle care pet sitters. Kimberly watched my dog for me with multiple visits at my home while I was out of town this past weekend Friday through Sunday. She sent pictures and videos and texts at each visit. My dog adored her. I will totally be using Kimberly’s service again. You can trust her with your pets!!!

I have had great experiences with both Kimberly the owner and my assigned dog walker Ayanna. When I leave town (even under urgent circumstances and short notice) I have peace of mind that my dogs are happy and home is looked after. Ayanna is astute in noticing when anything seems “off” in my home and provides extensive updates and pictures. Highly recommend their services!

Kimberly is awesome!! Honestly, I don't know what our family would do without her. We travel quite a bit and she always keeps our dog ... even though he's been naughty a few times. I know when Scruffy is with Kimberly I don't have to worry about his health or safety. I also know he's as happy as can be and isn't trapped in a crate at the vet or home alone getting into trouble. I trust her 100%. I'm able to enjoy my time away without worry or fear. Thanks Kimberly! You are the BEST!

Trish and Kimberly are amazing! We have had Trish watch our dogs and cats when we head out of town and they LOVE HER just as much as we do! Our animals are not easy, one requires multiple pills a day, special diet, cloth diapers and restricted activities. We started to use Trish for in home care while away after using her for dogwalks and car Vaca care for the past year. SHE IS AMAZING. Pics, videos, tonssss of play time and love for them and continued daily updates from her. Our last trip in March was for 7 full days and they were so happy and not stressed out at all when we got home, unlike when we used to baked them. She and Kimberly make a great team quickly confirming any care requests, even last minute dogwalks when our work schedules become demanding km the same day.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike most services, we offer spay/neuter and rescue discounts off their first reservation with us. These are causes that we feel strongly about. For the owner, it's like getting part of your adoption or spay/neuter costs back for doing a good thing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would have the sitter meet with the owner and their pet (s). Then the owner will contact for the follow up after the meeting. If it's a go, then the owner will introduce herself and present a welcome folder of information to the client which contains, rates, policies, procedures, proof of insurance, references, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a pet sitter since 1996. I have had dogs since I was 6 years old. They have always been my passion. I completed a vet assistant course in 1983 but found that I was too sensitive and emotional, so I looked for the happier side, which is pet care. I make it a point to educate myself, as my clients rely on me for advice.
