The guys were amazing. I had been having problems with overall drainage of the gutters on my house for a while. They called and texted before the day of the appointment to get a better understanding of what problems I was having. They met with me right before doing the job and we walked around the problem areas. They were friendly, attentive, polite, and got the job done quickly. When the job was completed, they called me outside to show me what was causing the problems and to give me suggestions on how best to prevent them in the future. They answered all of my questions, particularly my questions on water diverters and, best of all, they did NOT pressure or try to upsell me on buying some product or service from them that I didn’t need or request. I had already bought water diverters and one of the guys even went out of his way to show me how to properly attach it. They actually beat the rain with how quickly they got the job done and I got to see my newly cleaned gutters in action along with my own attachments. I’ll definitely be calling them again when I need it.
