I called PGB plumbing to get my backflow issue resolved, Barry got to me quickly. He arrived on time, found the cause and explained it in plain terms so I understood what was happening and what needed to be done. He gave me a clear price up front , and there were no surprises on the bill. The repair was done right the first time. Barry was careful, professional, and cleaned up after himself .
