We had, with Gala Roofing and Renovations, one of the best customer service experiences that is so hard to get these days. Francisco answered every time we called and addressed all our questions and concerns.A highly professional company, fought with our insurance company in the lengthy process of getting us approved for new roof replacement and interior repairs, due to storm and wind damage.The new roof turned out much better than we expected, flawless workmanship and no detail was overlooked in regards with both exterior and interior repairs.We highly recommend Gala Roofing and Renovations to everyone whos looking for a company that is professional, trustworthy, honest, and dedicated to high quality work.

Lets just say we can see why Gala Roofing and Renovations has all 5 Star Reviews. Our neighbors referred us to them as we had seen that they had recently had a new roof installed. Our houses were built the same year and we decided it was time for us to get a new one as well. We live close to the Lake and lots and lots of trees and leaves had taken their toll on the old roof.. Gave Francisco a call on a Thursday afternoon December 19th and he was at our place that afternoon walked through every part inside and out of our roof and attic space and had us our quote the next day. We were pleased with the price and the great warranty and said lets do it.Francisco stopped by that afternoon and we picked out what color and gutter guards we wanted, gave him our credit card info and then he said he could have his crew there that Monday morning the 23rd by 6:30! Wow were excited!! And sure enough- they were pulling up in our driveway at 6:27 sharp. Great crew btw. Super efficient and they were so polite and kind. They had that roof finished by 3:45 and all cleaned up and pulling out of our driveway by 4:30. Not one old nail or piece of debris anywhere. Youd never had known that there had been a major construction zone there it was so spotless. We tipped the crew and gave them all Christmas goodie bags and they were just so sweet and appreciative, it made us wonder if folks ever tipped them very often. I sure hope they do, they deserved it. Our roof looks amazing and we would never hesitate to use Gala or refer them to our friends and neighbors. The best home construction project experience we have ever had here in Forsyth County. Thank you Francisco and crew.
