Crew showed up on time every day, worked through the rain and mud and cave-ins, and did great work. They kept me informed through the whole process and were incredibly polite and professional. My space is dry as a bone so far, and I’d hire these guys again and again.

Hugo showed up with a crew of 4 including his sons on a Sunday because of all the rain during the week. The crack was repaired, an exterior membrane installed and downspouts diverted. A clogged downspout was probably the proximate cause of the leak. The work was professional and the cost was reasonable considering all the hand digging necessary. I recommend All-Pro Waterproofing.

I can't say enough about the Owner, Hugo Cuevas, and his staff. They were prompt, courteous, honest, concerned, and extremely professional. Most impressive, they took on a job that almost nobody else wanted to accept. Mind you, this basement had no outside entrance or windows, so the job required that they haul an enormous amount dirt up the stairs, through the house, over and over, one section at a time. Leaving no mess. They dug through crawl spaces some being only 17" high replacing the entire joist system. We originally had to bend over when going into the dirt basement. Now, a 7-8 foot person can stand and walk comfortably down there with plenty room. They dug out soil, lowered the dirt floor 18", and squared the entire dirt basement. They poured a new cement floor, built new foundation walls/blocked the walls with reinforced footings, moved the water heater from the middle of the floor to the side wall, better positioning, and the leaving the center floor open. They also installed a pump drainage system. This area went from an entire muddy basement with erosion to a room that can now be used for storage, etc. The employees were muddy and messy, head to toe, everyday, with a smile! Even with some 12 hour days, for 3 1/2 weeks, they didn't mind. His son Antonio, also worked really hard helping his dad every day. Antonio stuck with his dad through the whole experience. They are just really good people and felt like family by the time they were done. The pricing was fair and honest. I already have a co-worker and a son interested in obtaining All-Pro Waterproofing and Drainage, Solutions LLC. I highly recommend this company to everyone. You will be more than extremely pleased.
