- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic data entry is $10 per hour (updating or entering numbers etc) Admin support i.e, filing, faxing, typing will be $12 per hour anything additional can be discussed with the client during the interview
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once they view my offerings, they can contact me via email or phone to take it to the next step. I am NOT interested in a client if they ONLY want to do google hangout chat or AIM or Yahoo IM chat interviews. I need to hear or possibly see my client to get a feel of who I will be working with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in HealthCare Admin and a Medical transcription certified
