- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is firm depending on the location and time. I am will to make adjustments to the fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak over the phone, so that I can know how to best serve you to get you the results... the one you want. We will then set up a day and time for the appointment to start the service. Once completed I will make sure you are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lead Pastor of a church in Ga. for 4 years, marriage and family certified. Authored several books on relationships. I have worked with couples for over 15 years in the area of communication, restoring love in their relationship. I have worked with couple that are engaged to those who are on the verge of divorce, with much success. Note:This is biblical counseling, not licensed therapy. Master Degree in Organizational leadership, business owner, business mentorship for small to micro business as well as a corporate leadership in education, John Maxwell Certified Trainer. My speaking and training business is based on my previous business experience as well as certification through John Maxwell leadership team.
