- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices start at $130 for our 15x15 units. Prices for slides start at $200. We also have Cotton Candy Machines, Popcorn Machines, and Snow Cone Machines. These items can be rented for $50 instead of $70. Our prices include setup and takedown.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we work with the customer to understand their needs. We direct them to our site so they can view our selection. Once we understand their requirements we can help them make the best selection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are SIOTO certified. SIOTO stands for Safety Inflatable Operators Training Organization. They train operators to ensure that they know how to properly work the equipment to ensure safety.
