• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
  The price depends on many factors. Will it be a house, apartment, and/or storage unit? Will it be on the ground level, and if not how many stairs will there be? Gathering this information will help us build a more accurate quote. Our prices start at $85/hr with a 2 hour minimum, with a one time trip charge of $65 that’ll cover 26 foot truck, diesel gas and mileage! That includes 2 professional men & a truck! You also get packing pads, wrap, dollies! Also it is an additional $10 per hour for each flight of stairs.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
  We typically speak over the phone to gather all the details about the job. After we've gathered all the information and agreed upon a price, we schedule the move. We charge a $100 deposit which will be deducted from your bill upon completion of the move. This protects us from a last minute cancelation !
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
  Before starting my own moving company, I worked for other companies for 17 years learning the ins and outs of the industry.
