Introduction: RLMJ Enterprise is a professional and affordable moving company. We offer competitive rates along with professional and courteous staff. No matter the distance that you are moving, we can assist. Give us a call to discuss any questions that you might have or to obtain an accurate quote. We look forward to servicing you! Our prices start at $95/hr and a 2 hour minimum is required. We assess a fuel fee. This fee either covers the cost for the team to meet at your location, or the cost of our 26' truck, and diesel fuel, and depends on your total mileage! This price includes 2 professional laborers! Packing pads and dollies are available upon request. There is an additional fee of $10/ph for each flight of stairs and/or hills. We possess all of the proper tools necessary to execute a move in its entirety, with the exception of pool tables and pianos. We will only transport pool tables if the client has already disassembled the product.

Absolutely recommend them 100% Our movers were a no show on a Saturday so we scrambled to find someone to get us out by Sunday evening. My first conversation with the administrator made me feel like we would be working with true professionals explaining all costs up front. The guys arrived on time and ready to work. They were professional, courteous and great guys. Would totally use them in the future. Everything was handled with care and nothing was damaged! Ronnie is running a great business!

I'm so grateful for all of the speed and help provided by this team! RLMJ Movers made sure that I knew all the costs that would be included in my requested job and what related outside costs could be. They came ready with an arsenal of equipment and supplies, and were quite efficient, despite me not being fully packed. They also saved me time and energy by letting me know which items didn't need to be taken apart or unpacked to move. I could not have found a better company to handle my move. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Started working and didn't stop until the truck was loaded. When they got to my new address did the same thing, didn't stop until they were finished. Very polite and professional. My girlfriend used them a week later with the same great results. Wouldn't hire anyone else

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The price depends on many factors. We will need to know if your relocating from a house, an apartment, and/or storage unit as well as the nature of your destination? Will the delivery take place on the ground level, at either location? If not, how many stairs (flights) will be involved at either location? Gathering this information will help us build a more accurate quote tailored to your needs. Our prices start at $95/hr with a 2 hour minimum. We assess a one-time fuel charge, which covers the cost of the 26' diesel truck, gas and mileage! This price includes 2 professional laborers! You also get packing pads, wrap, dollies! Also, there is an additional cost of $10/ph for each flight of stairs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We can communicate via text or email initially, to obtain basic information and/or answer basic query's. To finalize any move, we must verbally speak to the potential client over the phone or in person in order to gather all the pertinent details to execute the move. In order to reserve an appointment, we require a $50 deposit. This deposit holds the date and time in question, which will be applied to the over all balance of the invoice upon completion of the move. This deposit can only be applied to the scheduled move discussed. Once confirmation, of the deposit has been received, this finalizes your scheduled move and you will receive an appointment confirmation, reiterating all information and confirming your deposit paid. After receipt of the deposit, any modifications made to the date or cancellation of the appointment, will result in forfeiture of the deposit paid.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Before starting my own moving company, I worked for other logistic companies (i.e., FedEx, DHL) for a cumulative total of 17 years, studying and learning how to master the art of offering great customer service as well as run a successful business.
