- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% for all service members (Ems, police, military, etc). We charge based on how much space your job takes up. Once we show up on site, we will give you an exact price and you will only pay that amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we make sure to schedule a date and time that works for both ends. Next, we will request the address and discuss price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a junk and moving company 2 years before starting Labor Savers. It’s been 3 years since then and every day we grow in our knowledge.
