Thank you for your review. We appreciate your recognition that we honored our original quote and completed the drywall, finishing, and painting work as agreed. The additional charge referenced was not a price increase on the original scope. It was for additional work required after the bathroom framing was completed which was not apart of the original scope. Rather than charging the full value of the added scope, we provided reduced price to help keep the project within budget. We regret that some of our project-related discussions regarding costs left a negative impression. Our intention was to be transparent, not to create discomfort. We have since made adjustments to how we communicate scope changes and project pricing with clients. We appreciate the opportunity to have completed the project and are pleased that the space was ultimately finished and functional per your approved walk through.
