Ivan and his team did a fantastic job. Very professional and friendly. He made sure we were aware of everything happening and gave us updates on the next day's plan. Quality work that went above and beyond.

We initially got an estimate assessment assuming our ceiling was drooping due to previous owner covering up water damage. Ivan was the only contractor we saw that actually tried to look at the issue and ensure we knew what we needed before scheduling. Turns out the frame for the ceiling was disconnected in several places and could have fallen on us. Ivan was able to work with our schedule and get us taken care of as soon as possible. His number is now saved in our phones and we will be exclusively using him for any future job.
