Absolutely outstanding moving experience. Deandre was communicative, professional, quick and kind throughout. I could relax during the entire move knowing my property was in good hands. Recommend very highly!

I do not recommend this moving company based on my recent experience. While I understand that some delays can happen, the movers showed up 2 hours late—despite me confirming the move earlier in the week. I did provide the address one hour before the scheduled time, but the mover didn’t even ask for details until after 1 a.m. the day of the move, which shows a lack of planning and communication. The move itself was extremely slow and inefficient. I’ve moved several times with similar furniture (no new additions), and it typically takes 1–1.5 hours to get everything out of the apartment. This time, it took 3 full hours just to load, not including the stop we had to make at a gas station before heading to the storage unit just 10 minutes away. It really felt like they were dragging their feet to extend the clock and drive up the total cost. On top of that, only one of the movers actually did the heavy lifting, while the other—who was supposedly in charge—barely contributed. The one positive note: they did unmount my TV quickly, which ironically was the most efficient part of the move. Overall, I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them to others.
