Jontell is a thorough professional who will be my go to plumber. Empathetic approach in guiding what is good for the customer in their plumbing requirement. I hired Jontell for installing a smart toilet however upon arrival he did a feasibility even before opening the package. It turned out to be the model i had bought would not be a right fit. He offered to take just gas cost despite the fact he had rescheduled his other appointments to accommodate mine. Having driven more than an hour to my place, he was very reasonable and made sure what is in best interests for me. i will hire him anytime.
