- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Connecting with the potential client immediately is a priority. We are all about clear and thorough communication along with transparent pricing. It is important we understand your desires for your event so that nothing is overlooked. Your proposal is based on your needs. Within 24 hours of connecting, you will receive a written proposal. We welcome questions or changes to our services. Communicate your wish to proceed, pay the $250 non-refundable deposit. Then receive the formal agreement for signature. Once signed and returned, you’re all set until closer to the event. Event balance is due no less than 60 days prior to your event for a wedding or 30 days for a small private party. At that time we will discuss your event again and will provide you with an alcohol shopping list. We encourage communication and questions at any time you need.
