- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer who is looking for a bartender wants to know the costs of everything. The best way to establish pricing is to know the details of the event so I can determine how many bartenders are required, how long they are required and how many guests they will be serving and what we need to bring with us.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Off the Wall Libations provides service for all seasonal, annual, and specialty events. From intimate home gatherings to large scale weddings, company events, and more.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How many guests will be in attendance? What sort of drinks will be served? (beer, wine, highball, and mixed drinks, blender drinks...) How many hours will the event last? When is the event? Will I need multiple bartenders? What kind of event is it? Does the venue have liquor liability insurance or does it need to be purchased? (we can add additional insured to ours!) Will I need a bar set up and/or glassware?
