I begin by learning about your cleaning needs, priorities, and any areas that require extra attention. We'll confirm the scope of work, schedule your appointment, and discuss any special requests. On cleaning day, I arrive prepared, complete the agreed-upon services with attention to detail, and follow up to ensure you're happy with the results.

I have professional cleaning experience in both commercial and residential settings, including maintaining high cleanliness standards in educational facilities. My background as an Epic Credentialed Trainer has also strengthened my attention to detail, organization, time management, and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service.
