Our pricing is based on the size of the space, the type of cleaning service, and how detailed the job is. We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing—no hidden fees. Add-on services like laundry, fridge, or oven cleaning are available for an extra cost, and we’ll always confirm any extras before we begin. We also offer discounts for recurring services: Weekly: 15%off Every 2 weeks:10% off Monthly:5% off We aim to make professional cleaning both affordable and high quality!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to start with a quick phone call or message to understand their needs—what kind of cleaning they’re looking for, the size of the space, and any special requests (like pets, allergies, or problem areas). Then, I provide a free quote and explain what’s included in the service. On the day of the cleaning, I arrive on time, do a walkthrough if the customer is home, and get to work. After the job is done, I always check in to make sure everything meets their expectations. Customer satisfaction is my priority!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I don’t have formal schooling in cleaning, I’ve completed multiple professional training programs focused on residential and commercial cleaning techniques, safe chemical handling, and sanitation standards. I also stay updated on industry best practices and eco-friendly cleaning methods. Hands-on experience over the years has taught me the most—especially how to clean efficiently, thoroughly, and with attention to detail.
