Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, prep required, materials, and overall condition of the space. Every estimate clearly outlines what’s included, and any additional work is discussed and approved before moving forward. We focus on pricing that reflects quality workmanship, proper prep, and reliable results rather than cutting corners to be the cheapest option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a walkthrough or consultation to understand the space, your goals, and any problem areas. From there, we provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the work, protect the home, complete all prep thoroughly, and then execute the job with attention to detail. We finish with a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations before closing out the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience across residential home services for over 7 years, including painting, drywall repair, flooring, and general home improvement. We’ve built our skills through real job-site experience, working with industry professionals, and continuously refining our processes to meet modern homeowner standards.
