Mr. Adams is an excellent property manager, he has been managing my property from the start. He is an excellent communicator, listener, and never lets you down with his commitments. He is resourceful, and has made very good suggestions about improvements of the property. He recruits very respectful and clean tenants. He is very dedicated and responsible, and on time for every meeting that is scheduled. You couldn't ask for a better person to work with. I recommend Mr. Adams to anyone who needs property management, he goes above and beyond to "Make It Happen".

Steven is very professional and responsive. He would work hard with you to agree on terms and go through details of the contract. I found his rate quite reasonable compared to other established professional services out there. His flexibility and proximity to my 5 bed rooms house are what helped my decision. Strongly recommended!

Steve was fast to respond to all questions and comments. He went straight to the rate so there was no wasted time. "Outstanding" is exactly the term I would use when talking about Steve Adams. For some reason it will not let me rate the optional reviews "*'s" but I would give Steve 5 stars on all the bases that we covered. Haven't got to the workmanship yet but that will soon prevail. Thanks Steve.
