Pumped septic tank as requested. They were prompt,courteous and professional. Ive not yet received my bill but hoping it will be on qiote. What else can one expect. I would recommend this coming and will use again

Super expensive for a simple job. Informed that they will charge from the hour they were dispatched and reached my place after 2 hrs.

They sent out a technician to look at the job. He was supposed to get me a quote the next day. I haven't heard anything from them in a week and half.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an $85 fee for each Service Call. If you choose to hire Hulsey Plumbing, this fee will be waived and there will be no charge for your initial visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will be happy to provide you with an estimate for your plumbing job. Plumbing estimates are only given "on-site" by a trained plumbing professional who will specifically evaluate your problem, and then quote an exact price for your service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers undergo state mandate and licensing requirements, in addition to specialized training. They are up-to-date in all requirements and some of the most knowledgeable professionals in the field.
