- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Gordon Pro Tree Service we strive for the highest quality service, while staying competitive with our rates. We honor our first res-ponder and veterans with a 5% discount. Along with seasonal promotions found on our social media platforms. We also offer financing through Thryv and Angie's List.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start all our customer relationships off with respect and communication on what is the best approach for their needs and budget. We follow up with professionalism and quality of service. We continue this 5 star treatment throughout. How it works, a customer would call in with a time that fits their schedule. We have one of our certified arborist salesmen come to their home to quote their project. We then provide a written estimate. Once accepted we schedule the job, while communicating with the customer. Once the job is complete and the customer is officially satisfied we collect payment in full.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer multiple training sessions and seminars to all of our employees at the beginning of their employment and throughout. This helps us stay compliant and safe while at the customer's home. Our main goal is to keep the homeowner and their property safe, while ensuring the safety of our employees. We are Arbormasters certified, TCIA member, ISA member, BBB accredited, Georgia Arborist associated and a part of the Georgia Urban Forest Council.
